No added sugar, super sweet, and can be made in minutes! Only 5 ingredients. The best late night snack!!
Recipe:
Ripe Medjool dates
almond butter or peanut butter
coconut oil
cocoa powder
Sea salt
How to make:
Start by cutting a date and taking out the seed. Then, in the hole add your nut butter. Close the hole. It should look like how you first got the date.
Make chocolate covering: mix together 1/3 coconut oil and 1/4 cocoa powder. option: if you have unsweetened dark chocolate chips at home you can heat those
Dip nut filled date into the melted chocolate. Top with a little bit of salt.
Place in freezer for about 5 min, then stick in fridge to save it!
