These brownies are so delicious and super easy to make. They are made with nut butter and almond flour, so they are gluten free. Since they are only sweetened with maple syrup, they are not super sweet. You are welcome to add extra maple syrup or top the brownie with vanilla ice cream!
Recipe:
1/2 cup nut butter (I used cashew butter)
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cocoa powder
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg (optional)
sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
