I loved the chocolate oatmeal bars so much I had to switch it up a bit and try it with raisins for a bit of a healthier option! This recipe also has less oil. Hopefully you guys like it as much as I do!
recipe:
3/4 cup blended oats (oat flour)
3/4 cup old fashion oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond milk
1/4 cup raisins
instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease 8×8 inch baking pan with coconut oil
In a medium bowl mix together flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl beat coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla
Add dry ingredients into wet and stir in almond milk. Then add in raisins.
Pour batter into pan
Bake for 13 minutes and when cooled cut them into squares
