my favorite overnight oatmeal recipes! I love making different kinds but I would have to say peanut butter chocolate is my all time favorite.
How to make overnight oats:
I like to use a small mason jar. I first add my milk of choice, vanilla, spices, and honey/maple syrup into the jar. I use a wisp to mix it all together. Then I add my oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds etc last. All you have to do it put it in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning (6+ hours). In the morning you will have a delicious breakfast ready for you!
Reasons to try overnight oats:
- increases digestibility
- saves time and money!
- you'll feel fuller
- burns fat: contains resistant starch

Cookie dough
recipe:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp coconut shreds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (vegan)
Top:
Purely Elizabeth granola


Apple Spice
I love apple overnight oats since it is a little extra sweet with the natural apple! I love adding apple pieces or apple shreds to my oats. Overnight oats have so many benefits and it will keep you full till lunch!
Recipe:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
shaved or cut up apples (about 3 apple slices)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 mashed banana (optional)
Toppings (optional)
- apple slices w coconut oil and coconut sugar. Bake for 7 minutes at 400 degrees
- nutt zo (mixed nut/seed butter) with honey (I heat these up first)
- Nature path organic granola


Peanut butter

Recipe:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1/2 mashed banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
You can also make this recipe peanut butter chocolate chip! Just has 1 tablespoon mini df chocolate chips. Also, you can leave out the peanut butter and make chocolate banana oats!
On top: Purely Elizabeth original granola
TO GO Blueberry
(serves 2)
recipe:
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 cup oats
2 tbsp frozen blueberries
1/2 mashed banana
