PASTA!!

The best pasta, with a little spice. The recipe is pretty basic and super healthy!!


Recipe:

red lentil pasta (gf)

tomato sauce

spinach

tomato

garlic powder

nut cheese

grounded cashews

almond milk

diced onion

pepper

salt


1. start by boiling your pasta/make it.

2. While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan and add about 1/4 cup diced onion (add olive oil if needed)

3. Cook for about 4/5 minutes. Then add a handful of spinach and cup up tomatoes

4. When spinach is cooked, add tomato sauce, almond milk, nut cheese (optional), a little bit of grounded cashews, pepper, salt and garlic powder (I just eye it)

5. Mix until sauce is made. Then add cooked pasta!

6. Top with grounded cashews! Enjoy:)
