SNACKS i LOVE

I am a person who loves to snack throughout the day. It is so hard to find healthy snacks that fulfill my sweet tooth. I try to find snacks that organic, low in sugar, dairy free, free of oils like sunflower, soybean, safflower, and free of soy. Not all the snacks I eat are completely free of everything I listed, but try steer clear of all those ingredients.


Purely elizabeth granola

This is one of my favorite granolas. Healthy granola is one of the hardest things to find. I usually give up and buy granola that has some kind of bad oil in it. Purely elizabeth saved me! It is free of harmful oils, organic, and gluten free. I use it for my acai bowls, oats, and more!


Ingredients:

Organic gluten-free oats, organic coconut sugar, Organic Raw virgin coconut oil, organic sunflower seeds, organic puffed amaranth, organic Quinoa flakes, Organic chia seeds, organic cinnamon, salt

Nature Path Honey Almond granola


This granola is also one of my favorites but it is not as healthy because it has sunflower oil:( It is definitely worth trying out! It is sweet from the honey and it also gluten free and organic. I love to eat it plain and it also taste amazing in acai bowls.


Ingredients:

Gluten free whole grain rolled oats, cane sugar, sunflower oil. roasted almonds, clover honey, honey flavor, rice starch, sea salt, chia seeds, tocopherols (Vitamin E)







Siete tortilla chips

Siete chips are the best grain free, guilt free chips! They taste amazing and I just tried the nacho one. It is dairy free and it is very flavorful. Siete chips are all made with cassava flour and avocado oil.

Ingredients:

Cassave flour, Avocado oil, Coconut flour,Ground chia seed, sea salt, tomato powder

Critic acid , Japapeño powder, Toasted onion powder, Roasted garlic powder













Lime chips are my favorite flavor as well!


Ingredients:

CASSAVA FLOUR, AVOCADO OIL, COCONUT FLOUR, GROUND CHIA SEED, SEA SALT, CITRIC ACID, LIME OIL.

RXBAR

You probably are familiar with. I reason why I love them is because they are very filling. It is a great snack when you are hungry or even for breakfast!

My favorite flavors are the chocolate chips and peanut butter

Health Warrior chia bar


These bars are low in sugar and are a perfect snack for the go. They are vegan and taste delicious. It is made with a lot of chia seeds so make sure you like chia seeds before you buy it!


Ingredients:

White Chia Seeds , Peanuts , Brown Rice Syrup , Organic Dark Chocolate Chips ( Organic Cane Sugar , Organic Cocoa Liquor , Organic Cocoa Butter , Organic Vanilla ) , Organic Brown Rice Crisps ( Organic Brown Rice , Organic Brown Rice Syrup , Sea Salt ) , White Grain Sorghum Extract , Chicory Root Fiber , Rolled Oats , Arabic Gum , Peanut Oil , Natural Flavors , Sea Salt , Mixed Tocopherols ( Natural Vitamin E ) .
