VEGAN GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These chocolate chips cookies are amazing! They are not only vegan, but they are only sweetened with maple syrup. It is the prefect dessert or afternoon snack. They take about 30 minutes to make! A super easy and delicious recipe!


  • 2 cups blanched almond flour

  • 1/4 cup arrowroot starch

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 6 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Combine the dry ingredients together. Then, melt the coconut oil then mix in the maple syrup. Add in the rest of the wet ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together. Put in oven at 350 for 17 minutes. Enjoy!!
